I really don’t think that there is any better view in the world than this. Any social media fiend will recognise this view of the the Eiffel Tower and it’s no surprise why, when you walk into a glass atrium with an intimate view of one of the world’s most recognisable icon’s it’s something worth instagramming.. and snap chatting and tweeting, you get the drift right?
During my recent trip to Paris I was lucky enough to stay at the magnificent Peninsula Hotel, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful hotels in the world, and with suites casting views out over one of the prettiest parts of Paris it’s no wonder why. A girl will never complain when her hotel is within walking distance of the Champs Elysees and some of the world’s best luxury flagship stores, not so great for the credit card.. but hey who’s looking?
Breakfasts are piled high with fresh croissants and honey farmed from the hotel’s very own rooftop, impressive much? Stepping into a bathroom where the floors are fully heated and the room is equipped with a personal nail polish drying device, also ain’t so bad either.
And if all of this doesn’t impress you, it may be handy to know that this is the best place in Paris to bump into the who’s who of the fashion industry. With some of our favourite key industry heavy weights calling The Peninsula Paris their home away from home, you may just find yourself dining beside Doutzen Kroes or Joan Smalls. Taking it from me, upon departing it was yours truly who accidentally mistook a courier who I believed was delivering some pieces for a shoot, until I realised that the parcels he was lugging belonged to a certain model of the moment with a family full of K’s. Claiming a hotel as the hottest place to stay right now may seem like risky business but with an impressive list of cool factors like this, it’s hard to disagree right?
