Am I the only one whose mum sent her off to school in winter in a ‘skivvy’? Just the thought of the word would stir cringeworthy emotions strong enough to make me want to wag school altogether bee-lining for the corner shop to run and hide. Well things have changed and thankfully the skivvy has re-invented itself.. the roll-neck sweater ..cool enough to make it’s way onto the AW runways, girls of my previous St Johns College take note. Some things are just too good to ignore ..
