Most of my high school years I grew on a pretty healthy diet of full on grunge. I can’t tell you how many times I listened to Smells Like Teen Spirit, I had an unhealthy obsession with Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder and danced around like a crazy person to Sound Garden’s ‘Spoonman’. It’s pretty funny though because it seems that from all of my photos the standard uniform of the time was the stock standard flanno, and preferably one that you’d stolen from some guy that you had a crush on. Today I like to wear my flannel’s differently.. yep as a skirt. The coolest part about this is that if you do manage to meet that guy, and you’re leaving with his shirt wrap it round your waist and wear it as a skirt…
