Back 5 years ago or so now I would often highlight new generation designers that I had come across in my styling work or even just the work of designers that I was currently inspired by. As a stylist and photographer I’m lucky enough to be exposed to some incredible creatives that the general fashion world may not be familiar with. Lately I’ve been feeling that it might be nice to share again the things that inspire me and the designers who I feel are the ‘ones to watch’, so here goes..
London based Jaeha is a new favourite for myself and my team. With patent and vinyl making a massive comeback this season, we’re currently craving trousers, oversized coats and footwear in earthy patent leathers. Another favourite element to Jaeha is the embracement of one of this season’s biggest underlying themes for empowerment off the back of the global instability thanks to our good old friend Mr Donald Trump.
