If you weren’t at the Ellery Fall 2016 show in Paris during PFW, you may feel as though you were there anyway with the high volume of Ellery focused runway imagery that tumbled down your instagram feed.
Contrary to what it may appear, we could only see this as a positive as the list grew by the minute as each girl walked down the runway in an even more covetable ensemble than the prior. Oversized fuzzy jewel tone winter coats, signature cropped flares and the collection’s stand out fluid lame dresses, leaving us feeling empowered with a kind of androgynous femininity.
With such a strong collection you may think it easy to over look the accessories, but the cool girl in all of us were drawn to the oversized gold singular earrings drawing inspiration from mid-century artist Calder. Let’s not forget either the velvet ankle boots, which I myself will be placing an order for as fast as you can say Led Zeppelin..
