You either love it or you don’t .. winter that is. Me personally, I can safely say that I love the Autumn Winter months, it’s not necessarily the cold but more the fact that it’s fun when it comes to clothes, girls surely you agree right?
Whether you’re into layering or just the kind of kid that loves to rug up in a big woolly coat, I find that your winter wardrobe is a lot more interesting than your sunny summery alternative. Considering the fact that I’m notorious for doing things a little differently (wearing roller skates to high school may have been a good early indicator), I recently caught up with one of the land-down-under’s favourite multi-boutique brands Witchery to put together some AW looks. My take on the season ahead being a theme close to how I like to roll being .. The Unexpected. Pairing long slinky winter gowns with white block heeled boots, oversized military jackets corseted back the front, and layering skirts with winters’ new staple the stirrup pant, are just some of my sneaky suggestions inspired by my fashion week street style observations from Paree to Sydney town.
And the good thing is here, even if you’re feeling a little less experimental I have lot’s of clever fash girl tricks to help you rework your winter wardrobe into street style worthy elegance. Head to my special editorial at The Witchery Report for all the deets … and it’s important to remember ladies that the best things in life are always the unexpected .. x
