You don’t need to be Dorothy from the Wizard Of Oz to prove that a good pair of shoes can change your life. To be honest I’ve always been a shoe person, just take a look inside my wardrobe and you’ll see that if you’re anything like me, shoes take a priority over most things .. i.e. paying off a mortgage, saving for holidays… eating out… actually not really, but almost.
Anyhoo, it’s no surprise that in an era where a life changing pair of boots or flats are just one click away, yours truly here is commandeering shoe shopping as an Olympic Sport .. is it too late for Rio?
Buttery soft leather loafers, heart stopping heels and the perfectly platformed combat boots, sit high on my must-have list right now and it’s no thanks to Louis Vuitton. Where once I was contained to a monthly sneaky inner city shop, my obsessions have been fuelled by the addition of online shoppable LV shoe goodness with just one click of a button, or more appropriately, one click of your heels.
So now the question beckons, which pair do you choose? With so many on point options the only thing standing between you and the Emerald City is a pair of Aftershow Ankle Boots perhaps… Although do you think that it would be possible to order them in red glitter?
