Maybe you’re lying by the fireplace gloriously overfed on Nanna’s yorkshire pudding, scrollaxing through the ‘puppies of instagram’ hashtag. Or even comfortably nuzzled into one of those extra large bean bags on a sunny beach somewhere in Bali, sipping mojito’s with your bestie avoiding the fam and all of their trimmings. Just as an FYI, I am all for the later of the two options, although puppies do make me very happy. The moral of the story here my friends, is that Christmas needs to be about you and what really brings you Joy.
Thanks to my lovely family at Dior there is also another form of Joy, one that comes in a pretty glass bottle and smells of jasmine, rose, sweet citrus and musk. So in celebration of our love of Joy by Dior, this Christmas should be about the gift of giving and spreading Joy to world (as the Christmas carol goes). What better gift to unwrap than a parcel marked Dior, a fragrance so timeless, I’m sure that my statue friend David would even agree.
In a world that’s filled with Joy there’s no need to put up with Uncle Bart’s 2018 slideshow, or hustling through queues of holiday traffic and let’s be honest omg .. the world would smell oh so sweet. As they say it’s time for me to ‘wrap things up’, my Christmas word play included.
